It is an informational tool that helps you describe a home plumbing symptom in plain words, organize a photo, and prepare questions for a licensed plumber. Think of it as a tidy note-taker, not a repair service.
Q.Does it tell me what is wrong or how to fix it?
No. It never diagnoses a cause, gives repair or DIY steps, guarantees outcomes, or offers code, warranty, or emergency guidance. Every output is labeled informational only. A licensed plumber is the right person to diagnose and fix anything.
Q.What if my situation is urgent?
If you smell gas, see sewage backing up, have major or structural water, suspect a water-heater or main-line problem, or face any emergency, stop and contact a licensed professional or local emergency services. The tool will also flag these and point you to help.
Q.How much does it cost?

Q.What happens to my notes and photos?
We aim to collect only what is needed to provide the tool. You can read the Privacy Policy for details on data and your GDPR / CCPA rights.
Q.Who can use it?
It is for adults 18 and older. Users aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent, and it is not intended for children under 13.
Q.Can I cancel or get a refund?
