Q.Does it tell me what is wrong or how to fix it?

No. It never diagnoses a cause, gives repair or DIY steps, guarantees outcomes, or offers code, warranty, or emergency guidance. Every output is labeled informational only. A licensed plumber is the right person to diagnose and fix anything.

Q.What if my situation is urgent?

A.

If you smell gas, see sewage backing up, have major or structural water, suspect a water-heater or main-line problem, or face any emergency, stop and contact a licensed professional or local emergency services. The tool will also flag these and point you to help.

Q.How much does it cost?
